List of Voters

     The herein Precinct Computerized Voters Lists (PCVL) of the Municipality of Odiongan, Province of Romblon are properly arranged per Barangay for easy browsing to be able to verify the number of election precinct and voters sequence number in the List of Voters of the barangay where they are registered voters.
        However, relative to the May 09, 2016 Automated National and Local Elections the Comelec issued Resolution No. 10019 dated December 01, 2015 authorizing the clustering/grouping of every precinct in each barangay of the Municipality.
       See Project of Precincts to verify and be informed of what Cluster Precinct Number where the election precinct of the voter belongs and the location of polling place. With this, hoping it could assist my "kababayan" in the coming 2016 electoral exercise.

Thank you.
NOTE:
          ON ELECTION DAY COMPUTERIZED VOTERS LIST (EDCVL), THERE WILL BE SOME VOTER'S NAME TO BE MANUALLY CROSSED-OUT DUE TO THE CONTINUES RECEIPT OF THE FOLLOWING:
  1. Notices of Approval of Voter's Application for Transfer to another district, city or municipality.

VOTERS' PLEDGE

I am a Responsible and Principled Citizen.

I will educate myself and others about the issues at hand so that my vote is a meaningful and relevant exercise of my right of suffrage.

I pledge to vote for candidates who will abide by the duly constituted rules on campaigning because I understand that those who refuse to obey the law in the little things are not likely to obey the law in the more important things;

I pledge to vote for candidates who, by word and action, renounce violence, coercion, vote-buying, and corruption as means for getting elected;

I pledge to vote for the candidates who listen to their constituents and are responsive to the needs and aspirations of those they seek to represent;

I pledge to vote as my conscience dictates in all elections.

I make these promises freely and upon my honor.

(This Voter Pledge was read at the Unity Walk of 13 January 2013, by COMELEC Commissioner Elias R. Yusoph)
